Picsta provides client-side editing tools. We do not host, store, or review the images, videos, or texts you create. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and download using our tools. Do not use Picsta to create illegal, infringing, or highly offensive material.

Picsta operates entirely within your web browser using HTML5 Canvas and client-side processing technologies. When you use our tools:
The code, design, interface, and logic of the Picsta website are the intellectual property of Picsta. However, you retain all rights to the final output images and videos you generate using your own uploaded background media and text.
If you use copyrighted material (e.g., movie stills, celebrity photos) to create memes, you do so at your own legal risk under the principles of "Fair Use." Picsta assumes no copyright liability for your downloads.
Our tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee that the tools will function flawlessly across all devices, older browsers, or without interruptions. We are not liable for any data loss, rendering errors, or device crashes that may occur while using the browser-based editor.
